the hotel in the oldest listed port warehouse in Stralsund

In 2008 the architect rebuilt the oldest, listed warehouse on the harbour islands of Stralsund. It has become a stylish hotel with a lift, restaurant and a bar without loosing its original character.

The result is a house full of harmonious atmosphere with nice double rooms , spacious roof suites , cosy duplex apartments and family-friendly duplex suites. All rooms have sea view and are suited for handicapped people inclusive barrierefree shower rooms.

clear materials + clear design

Red brick, sandblasted wooden beams, white walls and ceiling, wood or carpet floors, floor and walls of black and colourful Brazilian slate in the restaurant on the ground floor and in the bathrooms, untreated OSB in the roof soffit, black polished steel with rust and work spots contrasted by lamps made of paper characterize the spatial impressions.
